V. A. Paving, Inc. has been a total site construction contractor since 1982 completing projects for federal, state, counties, cities and local communities. Our crews are experienced and trained to provide the quality workmanship needed for performance in earthwork, drainage, underground utilities (water, reclaimed water, sewer), roadway construction, paving, sidewalks, curb and gutter.
