VA Paving has been a trusted asphalt producer since 1992. In 2018, we proudly introduced our latest Astec Plant equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring the production of a high-quality product. With a production capacity of 300 tons per hour, this plant yields over 300,000 tons each year, establishing VA Paving as the largest asphalt producer on the Space Coast.
Asphalt Testing Services:
Recognizing the importance of quality as our trademark, VA Paving made a significant investment in our own FDOT certified testing laboratory when we built our original plant in 1993. We have recently expanded and renovated our testing lab, enabling us to conduct testing on multiple mix designs simultaneously. With our in house FDOT Plant QC Level 1& 2 technicians, our asphalt consistently sets the standard for quality on the Space Coast.
Asphalt Recycling:
At VA Paving, we prioritize sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. As part of our commitment to eco-friendly practices, we recycle the milled roads from most projects, incorporating them back into our asphalt mixes. This approach not only reduces the demand for raw materials but also contributes to a more sustainable construction process.
